RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS
No credit or exchanges will be accepted without prior approval. If the product is proved to be defective, the exclusive remedy available
and the sellers only obligation shall be, at the seller's option, to replace the product or refund the purchase price paid for the product.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
All returns must be authorized by The Fresnel Prism and Lens Co. prior to returning - please contact us at 1-800-544-4760 to receive a
RMA number which must be noted on a copy of the invoice for the merchandise being returned. RMA’s are valid for 30 days from date
of issue. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned.
3M Press-On Optics have expiration dates clearly noted on the back of the sleeve, these dates are 3 years from the date of manufacture
and as such stock rotation and appropriate ordering of the Optics is imperative to prevent “old” stock from being used with patients. 3M
will only honor and replace defective Press-On Optics within the expiration period. Due to this policy, we are not able to accept or
replace expired 3M Press-On Optics even if they are noted as becoming “unusable”.
Customer pays shipping and handling charges. Rate varies based on shipping method, weight of package and final
destination. Customer is responsible for any duty / vat charges.
